What are the European sizes to US/CDN sizing?

I forgot my login and/or password. What should I do?

Will you restock sold out products?
While we try to have many items and sizes available for purchase, there will be limited quantities available. These typically do not get replenished until the start of the following season. Please contact your nearest Rieker retailer to check their inventory using our Retailer finder
Will you notify me when items are on sale?
You can browse for sales by checking www.rieker.ca regularly
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a transaction confirmation email.
How can I check my order status?
You will get an initial email confirming your transaction. A follow up email will be sent with a tracking number once shipment has occurred.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, simply email or phone us using the contact information provided in your transaction confirmation email.
What is Rieker’s return policy?
All product must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition. After delivery, you have 14 days to return the product with the supplied return label. A restocking fee of $5.00 per pair applies. Find our complete return policy here
What if the order is a gift-what is the return policy?
The same return policy will apply to items that are purchased as gifts.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We only ship to Canadian addresses and Post Office Boxes
What is the cost for shipping?
We offer free shipping and return postage; some exclusions apply for air stage drop points and remote locations. A restocking fee of $5.00 per pair applies when returning items.
What are the expected delivery times for each province?
1-2 business day for Ontario & Quebec
3-7 business days for West and East Coast
7-14 business days for remote Canadian locations
Express and priority post are available for an additional charge at time of checkout. This will give delivery 1-2 business days, Canada-wide.
