Questions about Shipping:
We only ship to Canadian addresses and Post Office Boxes. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Shipping is free across Canada. Some exclusions apply for air stage drop points and remote locations. Express shipping is available for an additional charge at checkout.
1-2 business days for Ontario & Quebec. 3-7 business days for West and East Coast. 7-14 business days for remote Canadian locations. Express and priority post are available for an additional charge at time of checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Aside from standard shipping ETA by Canada Post, customers can use the tracking # provided to track the order status once the order has been shipped.

Questions about Returns:
The same return policy will apply to items that are purchased as gifts.
To return your shoes, use the prepaid Canada
Post return label included in the original shoe box. Attach the return label to
the package with the shoes and drop it off at your nearest post office. Once we
receive your return, we’ll promptly process your refund.
No exchange options are available. The purchase product must be returned, and a new purchase must be completed.
Refunds are processed once the product is received in our warehouse facility and inspected. The transaction should show up on your bank statement within a few days of the return processing email.
An email will be sent with the refunded amount. You must check your bank statement to confirm the refund is received.
Products must be returned to the same point of original purchase.
Questions about Ordering:
No, once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes. Please Contact Us and our Customer Service with help with the order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
You will get an initial email confirming your transaction and a follow up email will be sent with a tracking number once shipment has occurred. Or log into your account for all order details.
If you need to cancel or change your order, simply email or phone us using the contact information provided in your transaction confirmation email.
Questions about Payment:
You will be charged once your order has shipped.
We accept any major credit card. Currently, we do not accept AMEX.
We only accept cards with a Canadian billing address.
